New York City Public Advocate Bill DeBlasio is partnering with Craigslist to root out New York’s worst landlords.  Hear him talk about his new project.  I wonder if we could adapt this for Blacksburg, Radford and Virginia's other College towns to address the issues created by absentee and other recalcitrant landlords.
